Return and Satisfaction Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event you need to return an item, please contact our HydraMaster Customer Care team at 1-800-426-1301 (425-775-7272), within 30 days of purchase, and let them know you are wanting to return an item purchased from They will issue you a Returned Goods (RG) form. Simply include that form along with the product in ‘like-new” condition, including all of the original packing materials, accessories, and manuals to receive a complete refund. Some specialty items may require a 20% re-stocking fee and special order or custom items are not returnable.

Returning the product

When returning equipment, items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims and accept returned goods on equipment not returned in original condition and/or original packaging. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse credit on worn or used items in violation of the spirit of this policy. We reserve the right not to accept equipment not returned in original condition. Customers are responsible for ll freight charges and fees to return the item(s).
